When can I reserve group tickets?
Right now! Group tickets are available months before single tickets become available to the general public.         
 
Is a deposit required to reserve group tickets?
Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all group reservations. 
 
When is final payment for a group reservation due?
Final payment for a group reservation is due four (4) weeks prior to the performance date. For group reservations made less than four (4) weeks in advance of a performance, payment of the full invoice is due the next business day.
 
What time should I arrive at the theatre?
It’s always best to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance start time.
 
Is there food at the theatre?
There are some snacks available at the theatre prior to the performance and during intermission. If you are looking to have dinner somewhere before or after a performance, there are several fabulous restaurants within walking distance of the theatres.

What are your Box Office hours and where is it located?
During the theatre season, Box Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm.
 
Summer hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
 
The Box Office is closed on Sundays and holidays unless a performance is scheduled.

On performance days the Tom Hendry Warehouse Box Office opens 60 minutes prior to showtime and remains open until 15 minutes after showtime. The Box Office at the Tom Hendry Warehouse is closed on days when no performances are scheduled.

Where can I park?
Metered parking is available throughout the surrounding areas of both theatres. There are also several parkades within walking distance. For a map of parking facilities in the area, click HERE.

Is there wheelchair seating available?
The John Hirsch and Tom Hendry theatres are both fully accessible for wheelchair patrons. Please notify our staff of any special considerations for your group when ordering your tickets.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
Group tickets are non-refundable.
 
Do I need ID to pick up my tickets?
To pick up your tickets you MUST bring photo ID such as a driver’s license and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. No tickets will be released to you without presenting valid identification. There are no refunds for tickets not picked up.
